ALL ABOUT OUR ONLINE CLASSES

We have been leading Livestream classes since the first day we closed for COVID in March 2020, and we have continued them even after re-opening, so

ALL classes can be accessed online if your preference is to practice from home.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR ZOOM LIVESTREAM CLASSES

Please sign up here for classes online in advance. Pre-registration is required for you to get your link to class.

A link will come via your email about 60 minutes before class begins - or within a few minutes if you sign up less than 30 minutes before class.
- Note: Please be sure to check your spam, promotions and updates accounts.
- If you don't see it by 15 minutes prior to class, email us at namaspayoga@gmail.com.

To start, roll out your mat and position your phone or computer so the camera (and thus the teacher) can see you practicing.
- Note: the recording will not show you, only the teacher and what is on the teacher's screen, however the other students in the live class may be able to see you in the "grid view".
- Go ahead and wear your pajamas, invite your pets, and play light music if you want it in the background - you will be on mute so it will not bother the class.

NAMASPA VIDEO ON DEMAND CLASSES

Practice with Namaspa anytime! Your membership or yoga class pass now gives you access to our recordings of yoga classes led by Namaspa instructors!

To access, log in to your Namaspa Momence account.
- You will likely have to find "Namaspa" studio, and be sure to use the regular "sign in" and not the "staff member" sign in.
- Once in, click the "Link to On Demand Classes" tab*, and you will see the list of classes - simply click the name to launch the class.
- If you have a membership or unlimited pass, your class will be accessed free of charge as part of your unlimited pass.
- If you have a class pass, you will be deducted one class for the recorded class.
