* Friday - regular schedule (6:30am, 9:30am, 4pm, 5:30pm)
* Saturday - regular schedule (7:30am, 9:30am)
* Sunday - 9:30am All Levels only (Yin is canceled)
* Monday - 9:30am and 5:30pm only (6:30am is canceled)
Sun Sept 12 9:30am class is canceled - come to the FREE class on the Deschutes instead! Suzie will be co-teaching with other teachers from Bend's studios, in the largest yoga class ever in Central Oregon! Be a part of this first annual Yogi's Unite Bend class - set up at 10am. All experience levels invited! On the lawn along Deschutes River @ 805 SW Industrial Way (Mill A Building - near the Bikram studio). Bring your friends!
Class change: The Friday 4pm class will now be a 60-min Gentle class. This class will be taught in accordance with Baron's MyMS Yoga DVD. If you are healing an injury, have difficulty moving with ease, are pregnant or otherwise looking for a gentle class, this class is for you! The temperature warm but not hot. We will be adding more of these classes in October - come try it out!
Tweens will resume Wed Sept 8! Carly will resume her popular Wednesday 5:30pm Tweens class after school starts, second week of Sept.
108 Sun Salutations to benefit Africa Yoga Project, Saturday, September 18 - Namaspa will join studios across the country doing events for Yoga Aid. This practice is fun and meditative - a great way to start your Fall season! Requested donation of $20 or whatever you can afford. Kids class at the same time just $5!
40 Days to Your Personal Revolution starts Saturday, September 25 (makeup kickoff on Tuesday Sept 28).
